When you buy a package, a client-panel account is opened automatically. All stages of the shoot are followed from this panel and files are downloaded here.
Stages
- Brief and planning: You upload the shoot scope, reference images and product list through the panel.
- Shoot day: The shoot is added to the calendar, with a reminder by SMS.
- Retouching and editing: Your selection gallery opens in your panel within two to five working days of the shoot.
- Selection and approval: You mark the frames you like; frames to be retouched are presented for approval.
- Delivery: High-resolution JPEG/TIFF files and web sizes arrive through the download link in the panel.
Timings and storage
Depending on package type, delivery takes 3 to 21 working days; rush delivery (48 hours) carries a 25% surcharge. Files are stored in your panel for 12 months; afterwards access can be restored by archive request. One revision round is included in the package; further revisions are charged hourly.
You use your email address to sign in to the panel; files are reached only with the link and password sent to you.
