Your client-panel account opens automatically. From the panel you fill in the brief form, upload reference images and choose your shoot date from the appointment calendar.

The selection gallery and high-resolution files are downloaded from your client panel. Files are stored for 12 months; afterwards access is restored by archive request.

Standard delivery is retouched JPEG/TIFF. RAW delivery is possible for an additional fee if stated in the contract.

Date changes are free up to seven days before the shoot. Cancellations after that incur a 30% service charge; for wedding packages the deposit holds the date.

Yes; the licence scope is stated in the contract. For product and corporate shoots, web and social media use is free for five years across unlimited territory. Advertising and print use is licensed separately.

For a product shoot, your products and product list; for a portrait, two or three outfit options are enough. Sharing your intended use and reference images in the brief makes the shoot easier.

You buy the Wedding Story package and pay a 30% deposit to hold the date. The balance is collected 14 days before the shoot.

No; brands, content creators and agencies can also rent. You can add a technical assistant or photographer support if you wish.
