Frequently asked questions
What are the payment and cancellation terms?
The package fee is paid at purchase. Date changes are free up to seven days before the shoot; cancellations after that incur a 30% service charge. For wedding packages a 30% deposit holds the date.
Where do I download the files?
After purchase a client-panel account is created with your email. The selection gallery and high-resolution files can be downloaded from your panel for 12 months.
