Boutique Hotel Promo Film (90 sec)

A 90-second promo film about the conversion of a stone mansion in Ayvalık into a boutique hotel. A calm narrative was built focusing on breakfast, the courtyard and room details

Brief

Before the season the hotel wanted a film in both horizontal and vertical formats for social media and its website to increase bookings. Music and sound design were chosen to suit a calm atmosphere.

Shoot and production

• Two shooting days + drone
• 16:9 main film + 9:16 cutdowns
• Licensed music
• 18 working days

Result

The film was delivered as a 16:9 main film, three 9:16 cutdowns and a 15-second spot. The hotel reported an 18% rise in direct bookings during the campaign period.

Client note

Throughout the project every step from brief to delivery was followed in the client panel; revision requests were completed in a single round and the files remain stored in the panel for 12 months. The lighting diagrams and colour references used in the shoot were archived for consistency in later shoots.
