Jewellery Macro Collection

Sixty pieces from a gold and diamond jewellery collection were shot with the macro technique. Every detail was rendered sharp using focus stacking

Brief

Reflection control is difficult on shiny surfaces; the pieces' brilliance was kept while surrounding reflections were cleaned. The brand wanted images for both e-commerce and a printed catalogue.

Result

240 retouched images and 10 lifestyle images were delivered for the 60 pieces. The brand renewed its catalogue and website together.

Client note

Throughout the project every step from brief to delivery was followed in the client panel; revision requests were completed in a single round and the files remain stored in the panel for 12 months. The lighting diagrams and colour references used in the shoot were archived for consistency in later shoots.
