48 Executive Portraits for an Engineering Firm

In the Istanbul office, portraits of 48 executives were shot in a single day for the website, investor presentation and press kit. A consistent dark-grey background and soft lighting were set up

Brief

Understated, trustworthy portraits in line with corporate identity were requested. Because only eight minutes could be allotted to each executive, flow, lighting and direction were planned in advance.

Shoot and production

• 48 executives, eight minutes each
• Consistent background and lighting
• Skin retouching
• Next day

Result

The next day 48 portraits with skin retouching and colour correction were delivered. The portraits were used on the website, in LinkedIn profiles and in the investor presentation.

Client note

Throughout the project every step from brief to delivery was followed in the client panel; revision requests were completed in a single round and the files remain stored in the panel for 12 months. The lighting diagrams and colour references used in the shoot were archived for consistency in later shoots.
